CA Anoop Kumar Gupta is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 24 years of rich experience in Financial Services Industry in Risk Management, Back-office Operations, Compliance and Accounts. He was Northern Region Head of Accounts & Back-office Operations with Creditcapital Asset Management Company (Mutual Fund) and then with IL & FS Investsmart Ltd.

Later in the year 2004, he joined Kotak Securities Limited and was working as Vice President for the Company. He was heading the Risk Management, Back-office Operations and Accounts Department of the Northern Region which included more than 50 Branches & 80 Franchisees. His responsibilities included managing large operational and account opening team at R.O. & branches, Risk Management to ensure smooth trading, Receivable & Payable Management, coordination with Legal and Compliance Department at H.O. He represented Kotak Securities in over 200 legal/arbitration cases of Northern Region in NSE, BSE Arbitration and Consumer Forums.
